The five-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 51 Wyndora Avenue, Freshwater

has already ignited unprecedented buyer demand, recording the busiest opening inspection in the area on Saturday, according to Ray White Northern Beaches sales agent Eddy Piddington.

The property goes to auction on 31 March at 6pm.

“We had 62 groups through the first open home, drawing significant interest from local families as well as buyers from Mosman and the eastern Suburbs,” Mr Piddington said.

“I haven’t seen an open home with numbers like this for a build like this in more than five years.”

This new home brings a level of European-inspired sophistication rarely seen in the coastal enclave of Freshwater, Mr Piddington said.

“The property stands out not just for its striking aesthetics featuring curved architectural walls, stacked granite, and Taj Mahal marble but for its uncompromising technical specs.

“It features high-performance European windows and a rare 7-Star NatHERS energy efficiency rating.”

Mr Piddington said the home represents a shift in the local market’s expectations.

“I’ve been selling in this area for a long time, but I haven’t seen anything to this degree before,” he said.

“To find a brand-new home of this caliber in Freshwater is incredibly rare. Usually, you would have to look at the ultra-prime pockets of the North Shore and eastern suburbs to find this level of finish.

“The builder has spared no expense, from the European double-glazed windows to the thermal frames and heated flooring throughout.”

Set on a 600.7sqm block, the home is designed around a northerly aspect.

The backyard features a mosaic-tiled pool and level lawns and there is also a four-car garage equipped with a Tesla EV charger.

Mr Piddington said: “We are seeing a massive influx of buyers from out of the area - Mosman and the eastern suburbs - who are looking for that lifestyle upgrade without sacrificing the architectural integrity they are used to”.
