Ms Tullipan said she has been lucky enough to spend 20 very happy years in the family home, with the property providing her with some of her fondest memories.

“We were lucky enough to watch our children and grandchildren grow up in this house and I look back with a smile on my face when I think of the numerous family functions we hosted here,” she said.

“The house has provided me with so many happy memories. Watching all the kids playing with their cousins and learning to swim in the large pool where they spent so much of their time, and especially loving the activities on the waterways including the boating and fishing off the wharf, while having fun on the full sandy beach to the rear of the property.
