Craig Hadfield has returned to the Ray White Group after more than a decade running his own real estate business on the south coast of New South Wales.
Craig is the Principal of Ray White Callala Bay and Ray White Culburra Beach and he and his dedicated team has joined forces with Ray White’s Nowra and Gerringong offices in a strong partnership to serve the Shoalhaven and south coast region.
Craig is also back working with Ray White Nowra Director Scott Baxter, whom he started his real estate career with in Nowra 15 years ago.
“It’s good to be back and part of something bigger again,” Craig said.
“There are great synergies working in the Ray White Group, particularly with their auction program.
“As well as being the selling principal at Ray White Callala Bay and Ray White Culburra Beach, I have a new role overseeing the sales teams in the different offices and working on training programs.
“It means now I am working from the Nowra office more often than Callala Bay.”
Craig said the local real estate market is currently the most active he has experienced in his career.
“The market this year is the best I have seen and residential is very strong at the moment,” he said.
Ray White’s Callala Bay and Culburra Beach offices are in popular holiday spots on the shores of Jervis Bay.
The Culberra Beach office is at 1/173 Prince Edward Avenue, Culburra Beach, and Callala Bay at 10/55 Emmett Street, Callala Bay.
