DAVID McPharlin and the award-winning local team in Port Lincoln and Tumby Bay are now backed by the largest property group in Australasia, Ray White.
Mr McPharlin says that after 12 years in real estate, he still gets excited to get out of bed every morning to go to work knowing every day in real estate is different.
“Our professional and loyal team are all so excited to join the Ray White team and experience their most modern and up to date real estate products that we can now offer all our clients to help achieve their property goals sooner,” said the experienced local operator.
“We will continue to service our clients as we are locals who are proud of our personal and tailor made solutions.
“Our property management and strata management departments together with our growing sales team, have all seen exceptional growth over the past six years while taking out numerous individual and team awards across the state.
“Some 60 per cent of our business comes from referrals which speaks for itself. We have also held over 50 per cent sales and property management market share in Tumby Bay and Port Neill for over six years with an increasing presence in Port Lincoln, Coffin Bay and the Lower Eyre Peninsula also.”
Mr McPharlin is ambitious to streamline his business with the systems on offer at Ray White.
“My team has a lot of experience, and they are all well regarded and offer personalised customer service. This is something we are very proud of and none of that will ever change.”
The business sponsors and donates to numerous sporting clubs, charities and not for profit groups within its communities.
“We strongly believe in supporting the community that supports us,” Mr McPharlin said.
“My award-winning team now has new colours but we are the same familiar faces as always.”
Ray White South Australia CEO Matt Lindblom congratulated Mr McPharlin on this new opportunity, now working alongside his long term colleague and friend Chad Kirby, with their Ray White Eyre Peninsula business.
“David is a very well respected and experienced principal, servicing his community with both sales and property management. He was looking for the opportunity to grow his business further and service the broader Eyre Peninsula region with three offices now in Port Lincoln, Tumby Bay and Streaky Bay,” he said.
“David grew up in the Great Southern farming area in regional WA before moving to Mandurah where he acquired a wealth of experience in residential and rural sales and is looking forward to providing more rural and residential clients with exceptional outcomes.
“On behalf of the Ray White family, we welcome David and his team to the group and look forward to their success.”
