Versace apartment attracts interest world-wide
A Pyrmont apartment decked out in a full Versace is attracting attention from buyers all over the world.
Mr Li said he had had enquiry from buyers outside of Sydney, including multiple continents.
“I have some enquiry from America from buyers who want these Sydney views. We also have another enquiry from Europe,” he said.
“It might suit those who own a yacht as it has its own marina berth.
“I think it would suit a downsizer as its single storey, and also professional business people given its close proximity to the city.”
While the Versace design is certainly unique, it wasn’t necessarily a drawcard for many buyers.
“Some people don’t like Versace,” he said.
“But they are attracted to the views, the location, and the marina berth. They can always change the design.”
While he couldn’t give a price guide for the apartment, he said a comparable sale would be that of the apartment upstairs, with unit 45 selling for $23 million in 2024.
