Soak up stunning 320 degree water views over ocean, river and estuary in this four-bedroom three-level architectural masterpiece in Hull Heads near Mission Beach in North Queensland.

With an expected price of $1.1 million the 1093 square metre property is nestled on the northern end of a peninsular and overlooks the Hull River and Coral Sea.

The property’s vendor Toni Trask said the area is a fishing enthusiast’s paradise and is only 10-minutes from Mission Beach by boat, while the Barrier Reef is less than an hour away.

“Mud crabs, prawns, barramundi, coral trout and red emperor are all found in abundance in the surrounding waters,” she said, adding that the 4.2 metre-high garage has been designed to house a large fishing cruiser while there is also an additional two garages for vehicles.

The three story cyclone-proof property was built in 2012 and sits on 380 square metres (excluding the swimming pool and deck) and was designed by tropical architect specialist Sel Loynes.

Selling agent, Melissa Thurgood from Ray White Mission Beach described the design and engineering as ingenious with two storeys of living and bedroom areas suspended above the car and boat accommodation.

The upper level features three guest bedrooms with excellent views, a sitting room and bathroom,” Ms Thurgood said.

“The middle floor features an open plan living, kitchen and dining area flowing onto a large outdoor entertainment deck with magnificent elevated views,” she said, adding that the master bedroom with walk-in robe, en suite and powder room are also on this level.

“Design aside, there is something incredibly special about the views and the location which is truly breathtaking. You can be guaranteed that there is nowhere else on earth like it and for the artistically inclined, the creative juices would be well and truly flowing,” Thurgood said.

Ms Trask also commented on the peaceful surroundings, adding that Hull Heads has a friendly and safe community made up mostly of retirees who live there full time and others who spend about half their time there.

“Every Christmas and Australia Day we have a street party and there are regular community BBQs through the year.”

The property has an expected price of $1.1 million. The first open home will be Saturday 26 March and inspections by appointment are welcome.
