MORE than 207,000 people have attended Ray White auctions this financial year, that’s enough people to fill the Melbourne Cricket Ground twice.

In that same period, the group held almost 8,500 auctions with an average crowd size of around 31 people.

Ray White auction data shows 370 properties are scheduled to go under the hammer across the country this Saturday, with Victoria topping the table at 172, followed by New South Wales (121) and Queensland (48).

In Melbourne, Ray White St Albans is running their Super Saturday auction event with a handful of prime properties going under the hammer, including 20 Collins St, St Albans.

The three-bedroom brick home (above) on a 622sq m block of land has a price guide of $900,000 to $990,000.

“We have decided to run Super Saturday as we have never before seen this many prime properties auctioned on the same day by any estate agent,” Ray White St Albans principal Shaun Marijanovic said.

“Collins Street is the number two street in St Albans, 10 Craigielea Street is on a corner suitable for redevelopment, whereas 8 Craigielea Street is sought after due to the location and the street number which is considered lucky by the majority of the Vietnamese community.”

Ray White Bundoora’s Olivia Wang is taking two exceptional properties on Parkhaven Ave, Kingsbury to auction separately on Saturday afternoon.

Owned by the same seller, 12 and 18 Parkhaven Ave are being sold fully furnished with the inclusion of all technology and even kitchenware.

Ms Wang said the seller had invested a lot in both properties, particularly 12 Parkhaven Ave (above) which has an indicative selling price of $950,000 to $1,045,000.

“It was a three-bedroom townhouse which he converted into a six-bedroom and got a licence to run it as a boarding house, which I think is the best in the area” she said.

The house comes with eight televisions, six double or queen beds, bedding, a washing machine, tumble dryer, three fridges, a ten-seater dining table and chairs, desks, kitchenware, wall art, sculptures, projector and a twin zone stereo system with ceiling speakers.

This is an operating business leased to February 2019.

At midday, Ray White Cheltenham’s Kevin Chokshi is taking a two-bedroom brick home (above) at 2/6 Parkin Ave, Cheltenham to auction with a price guide of $600,000 to $660,000.

“It’s like a house because it’s on its own block of land,” Mr Chokshi said.

“It’s an ideal property for somebody who wants a unit with all the perks of a house.”

A charming weatherboard home (above) at 73 Salisbury Ave, Blackburn is for sale at 11am Saturday with a price guide of $1 million to $1.1 million.

“It’s an original 1950s house in the Box Hill High School zone, which is a big thing because in the east it is one of the better schools,” Ray White Blackburn director Peter Schenck said.

“The seller will meet the market.”

Pick up a three-bedroom renovated home (above) at 10am, that has a price guide of $580,000 to $620,000.

The 536sq m property at 10 Garryowen Tce, Tullamarine is being marketed by Ray White Gladstone Park’s Malek Younan.

"The block is a decent size and it’s close to all the amenities as well,” Mr Younan said.

“Melbourne Airport is around six minutes away, while it’s 16 minutes to the CBD.”

In Sydney, an ultra chic Kensington apartment (above) is up for grabs at 11.30am with a price guide of $1 million.

Ray White Kingsford’s Theo Felekos said a variety of buyers had shown interest in 726/88 Anzac Parade.

“It’s only a year old and considered the best complex in Kensington at the moment, with state-of-the-art facilities, on-site caretakers, a communal pool and gym,” Mr Felekos said.

In Adelaide, a 1960s home (above) is being sold at 11.30am to finalise an estate.

Ray White Campbelltown’s Joe Hibeljic said the three-bedroom property at 29 Graves St, Newtonoffered plenty of potential.

“A lot of buyers don’t mind the position because it’s close to schools and transport,” Mr Hibeljic said.

“They think it’d be a great place to rebuild or extend, so there’s lots to play with there.”

There are plenty of auctions in Brisbane too where Ray White Sherwood’s Lachlan Humble is marketing ‘Airlie’ at 102 Park Tce, Sherwood.

The renovated 1920s four-bedroom, two-bathroom house (above) is going to auction at midday.

“We’ve had good interest as it’s on a 810sq m block and is the one level which doesn’t come along too often,” Mr Humble said.

“This is something I’ve never seen before.”

At 3pm, a post-war home (above) in Brisbane’s best hilltop position is going to auction with Ray White Ascot’s Ian Cuneo.

The 810sq m property at 15 Watson St, Newmarket is across two lots.

“This prime real estate is a rare opportunity with multiple options to create your grand design, renovate the existing home or split the blocks (STCA) and build two homes," Mr Cuneo said.

“The lucky buyer of this home will enjoy the skyline for a lifetime.”

Renovated with the needs of a young family in mind, 48 Moore St, Enoggera (above) is going under the hammer at 11am.

Ray White Ashgrove’s Brittany Denham said the Oakleigh State School catchment was also attractive to buyers.

“It’s in a great catchment area, already renovated and offers a large land size of 625sq m,” Ms Denham said.

A contemporary home (above) in popular Camp Hill is expected to sell under the hammer at 5pm.

“It’s a really nice family home, a quality Camp Hill reno of a post-war,” Ray White Stones Corner’s Ben Cannon said of 52 Herbert St.

“It’s a big three-bedroom so what we’ve found is that it’s attracting small families or downsizers moving in from the southern suburbs.”

Up north to gorgeous Port Douglas where Ray White Port Douglas’ Mark Flinn is selling a large four-bedroom home (above) at 13 Solander Boulevard, which is just metres from famous Four Mile Beach.

“It’s across the road from the beach, and is also a spacious home in a high-end market,” Mr Flinn said.

The 912sq m property includes a heated swimming pool, two poolside cabanas and an outdoor barbecue entertaining area.
