RAY WHITE Sunnybank Hills Principal Eric Li (pictured above) is expanding to open a new office in Calamvale on Brisbane’s southside.

The experienced agent and business owner will open the doors of Ray White Calamvale on November 2 with a team of local expert agents to back him.

Mr Li will continue as Principal of the Sunnybank Hills office in conjunction with the management of the new Calamvale office.

The Calamvale business owner has six years of real estate experience under his belt and has owned the Sunnybank Hills office for the past four. Mr Li said in that time he has built a strong team and hopes to bring that same strength to his new business.

“I plan to bring over local Calamvale agents from the existing office as well as recruiting some new stars to the team to handle both sales and property management,” Mr Li said.

The Calamvale team will be made up of some of the best in the business with Mr Li saying they all have a common drive.

“My team is young, motivated and ambitious with a great work ethic. I have no doubt we will bring a lot of energy and innovation to the Calamvale area,” he said.

“We pride ourselves on being able to give our clients the very best service.”

Mr Li knows the Calamvale area well and said while it is only ten minutes away, it is different to the Sunnybank Hills market.

“Calamvale has had a lot of money and development poured into it in the last ten years so houses are much newer and the market is quite strong,” he said.

The southside principal has already outlaid his goals for the team in the Calamvale market saying he wants to be the dominant agency in the suburb.

“The Sunnybank Hills office already has a growing presence in the Calamvale market,” Mr Li said.

“By creating Ray White Calamvale, we will be able to better serve our clients in the area and hopefully within the next year we can double Ray White’s market share.”

Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew said he is thrilled that Mr Li has decided to expand his Ray White business.

“Mr Li is a great asset to the Ray White Group and we look forward to supporting him as Principal of Ray White Calamvale,” Mr Andrew said.

“We are very proud of our young and energetic leaders, like Mr Li, who represent a generational change within our business that directly aligns with our direction in Queensland."
