Local duo Katherina Kostrzak and Gavin Adams are looking forward to continuing their success with their top performing team as the proud new business owners of Ray White Kurrajong. Former Principal Peter Chidgey is moving on to concentrate on sister businesses Ray White Windsor and North Richmond, however, the pair look forward to continuing their close relationship with outgoing principal Peter.

Katherina, who is one of Ray White’s top 10 metro sales agents, and Gavin have a team of nine, and they have created a family culture which has been instrumental in building their team at Ray White Kurrajong.

Katherina takes over the business as Principal in her 10th year as part of Ray White, while Gavin joined the team 12 months ago, with a degree in business. Gavin has been instrumental in restructuring Ray White Kurrajong, resulting in a more efficient and profitable office since he has been a part of the team – which is now ranked in the top five metro offices for the Ray White Group in NSW.

“Gavin has taken on the managing role and brought new energy, structures and processes to the business. He is a big part of the reason we are doing so well,” said Katherina. “He’s introduced targets, KPIs and we now know what we have to achieve each week, each month and this gives us the confidence to move forward, and shows us the direction which we are heading.”

Katherina and Gavin aim to arm their team with the best tools and resources to grow their market share and a key goal for them will be to also build an impressive rent roll in an area they have grown to love.

“We moved to Kurrajong five years ago and love it. It’s the last town before you hit the Blue Mountains and the people here have created a big sense of community. Local guy, Les Dollins mows the Hawkesbury nature strips for free, so we recently donated a new set of work boots to him to say thank you. That’s the type of community we have here,” said Gavin.

With plenty of acreage on offer for those seeking a tree change, Katherina and Gavin are finding many people are choosing the same lifestyle option, much like they did. They both love helping new purchasers settle in to the area and them help out where ever possible.

Loving where you live and work is the ultimate dream.
