Top performers join forces in Grafton

After an incredibly successful and robust six months with Ray White, Jake Kroehnert has welcomed local real estate legend Dave Dart onboard as a partner in Ray White TKG, which is quickly becoming known as the leading agency in Grafton.

For Mr Dart, the partnership is an exciting homecoming for him, having started his career with Ray White nearly 20 years ago.

“I have held various real estate positions over my career, and actually helped Jake get his first start in real estate which I am very glad about today; he is a natural,” Mr Dart said.

Jake Kroehnert said Mr Dart was the perfect addition to his team as their energy levels match one another.

“I like to think we are both very upfront and transparent people, which I think is a key reason that Dave has been so successful for so long, and something that I have emulated too. Between the two of us, we have a great mix of energy and enthusiasm,” Mr Kroehnert said.

The pair had been discussing the prospect of becoming business partners for over a year, and Mr Dart said a solid relationship with many of the local Ray White principals was a key reason for the decision.

“I have always had a great relationship with people in the Ray White network, all around this Northern Rivers region,” he said.

“Jake has been performing incredibly well since joining Ray White, and I am really looking forward to building on that success with him.”

Both Mr Kroehnert and Mr Dart both know and love the Grafton region very well, having both lived there for their entire lives. Mr Kroehnert in fact, is a fourth generation local.

“Our area is incredibly interesting in a real estate sense; we have such a mix of property, from $100,000 houses to $2,000,000 blocks. It is a very versatile market and it is a lot more affordable than the towns right on the coast,” Mr Dart said.

“We also have quite a large retirement population, who enjoy the peaceful country lifestyle, as well as government service which attracts a lot of families.”

Since joining Ray White, Mr Kroehnert has continued to build momentum and gain a clear majority of market share in the region.

“I am very proud of our team and the results speak for themselves; I know that Dave will bring even more experience, enthusiasm and ability to our local community,” Mr Kroehnert said.
