RAY WHITE Upper North Shore Director David Walker has celebrated his tenth year with the Ray White Group in style by crashing through the $1 billion property sales milestone.
Mr Walker achieved Chairman’s Elite and Chairman’s Elite Business Leaders status and was also recognised as the number three international principal in terms of settled commission at the leading group’s annual awards last year.
It was a terrific auction at 62 Woonona Avenue in Wahroonga - Mr Walker’s 566th sale for Ray White - that achieved the milestone as 12 registered bidders battled it out with the property selling under the Hammer for $2,275,000 - $175,000 above the reserve.
During the four-week marketing campaign, more than 139 individual groups inspected the five-bedroom home with a high level of interest, and that translated into success on the day.
“I love working with this brand and the White family and appreciate everything they’ve done for me and our business,” Mr Walker said.
“It’s been an incredible journey so far that could not be possible without the wonderful people that have been a part of this; my team, marketing and sales support, the Upper North Shore family, my business partners, friends, and my beautiful family.
“I’m very lucky to have you all. Thank you to our wonderful clients for your support along the way.”
Ray White NSW CEO Andrew McCulloch congratulated Mr Walker on the achievement and said it was something to be extremely proud of.
“David and his team at Ray White Upper North Shore continue to perform wonders in the market – even with the challenges we’ve faced with the COVID-19 pandemic,” Mr McCulloch.
“This achievement is a testament to David’s work ethic, processes, and his ability to achieve the best price and experience for his client every time.”
