A new force has taken over at Ray White Bulimba with top agents, Roger Carr and Tanya Douglas taking ownership of the office.
Both recognised as Elite sales agents in the Ray White Group, Roger and Tanya say the most important part of their business are the people.
“Our office is buzzing with excitement. We have a great team and are proud of them and their achievements,” Roger said.
“Our people are our greatest asset and they will be our face in the public, they are all good people and we are proud to have them working with us as ambassadors in our community,” Tanya said.
Both Roger and Tanya have been with Ray White for several years and mirror the values of the Group.
“For myself it was a well respected brand and the biggest by far in the industry. I always liked a challenge, and to benchmark myself against the best is a fantastic motivator for me,” Roger explains.
“I joined Ray White because of their dominance and core values, a massive respect for the White family and what the group offers its people and clients,” Tanya adds.
The business partners are focussed on growth and have already started laying the foundations for the future.
“Our premises is currently undergoing an extension and refurbishment where we should have the capacity for another 20 people, we are currently at 21 team members.
“We launched our property management department last month and we are allocating an area for 10 property managers. Our goal is 1100 properties in our property management portfolio,” Tanya said.
Working in an key area of Brisbane, both Tanya and Roger are proud of their community.
“Our marketplace is affluent and has a diverse range of higher density property to riverfront mansions. The market is consistent and the demand is always high for properties. The area is community orientated and attracts people who love the village feel and want to be a part of this great place,” Roger said.
For the Ray White Group, the Bulimba office is a workplace that develops its people into leaders.

Just as Dennis Simic came through the ranks to own and lead the Bulimba team, so too have Roger and Tanya, who are two of our Alan White Elite performers. When asked about what drives them, Roger and Tanya both agree: their love of real estate.
