ONE of Melbourne’s top sales agents Leigh Grixti is excited to announce he’s joined Ray White to take his business to the next level.
After four years operating in Melbourne’s west, centred in Aintree, Fraser Rise, Taylor’s Hill, Burnside Heights and Caroline Springs, Mr Grixti has joined forces with Australasia’s largest real estate agency, Ray White.
He has just recruited sales agent Brian Bui and sales associate Jessica Farrugia and will open his own office in the very near future in the area where he was born and raised.
After experiencing multiple facets of real estate from buying, building, renovating through to selling, Leigh Grixti knows what it’s all about.
The high energy operator and exciting auctioneer continues to sell more than 120 properties each year. It was an easy decision to choose the 119 year old family owned and led agency for its strong brand, values, technology, systems and training.
“This is the next chapter for me, one where I get to level up and improve my customer outcomes even further within Victoria’s largest group,” said the former high school teacher turned gun agent.
“I am relentless and always the hardest worker in any room. It’s not uncommon for me to go to bed at 3am after I’ve finished at the gym and then hit the ground running again by 6am. I am not your typical agent, it’s just not in my genes,” he said.
With multiple degrees and diplomas from Melbourne and Victoria University in secondary teaching, applied science, life coaching as well as marketing and business through to neuro-linguistic programming, Leigh Grixti brings to real estate a wealth of knowledge and experience with a high level of communication and negotiation skills.
Neuro-linguistic programming involves analysing strategies used by successful individuals and applying them to reach a personal goal. It relates thoughts, language and patterns of behaviour learned through experience to specific outcomes.
“I am a people person and having studied neuro-linguistic programming and psychology I strongly believe this provides me with a deeper level of understanding and communication with buyers and sellers making me the logical choice in selecting the right agent,” he said.
“I also love health and fitness and property investing. Previously, I’ve renovated my mine and my mum's home. I have always been passionate about property and I love helping my clients."
Having been an agent for four years and achieving exceptional results, it is finally the time for Mr Grixti to move into a leadership role and grow a team of like-minded professionals who are driven by results and carry a strong focus on delivering superior customer service.
“I don’t have days off, I’m self-motivated and highly driven which places me in the driver’s seat to mentor and grow my team to be the number one chosen agency for clients looking to transact!”
“My processes have proven results which is why I’ve taken my personal brand to number one in my core suburbs, three consecutive years in a row and counting. I am excited about the future and I’m about to make a whole lot more noise! I model successful agents such as Gavin Rubinstein in Sydney and Matt Lancashire in Brisbane. They work hard, train hard and represent the Ray White brand so well.”
Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Stephen Dullens said top performing agents were often attracted to the group for its cutting edge systems, values and culture.
“We’re incredibly fortunate that top performing agents are joining Ray White, particularly attracted to our technology platform and strong systems. Our members just need to focus on listing and selling, we can help them with everything else from marketing to nurturing their pipeline.”
“We’re thrilled Leigh has chosen Ray White for the next step in his real estate career as he ventures into business ownership. Ray White looks forward to supporting Leigh and his team as they provide excellent service to their customers.
Ray White Group Chairman Brian White said it was always a compliment when top agents such as Mr Grixti joined the group started by his grandfather in 1902.
“Growth is the oxygen for a business like ours. While growth may be in our DNA, our core purpose has always been to provide the best environment for our agents to thrive and prosper in.
“I think 2021 is going to be an even bigger year for our whole group.”
