NRL SUPER COACH Wayne Bennett and his fiance Dale Cage have now sold their Brisbane riverside home through Ray White for $2.120M to a local family who were downsizing.

Ray White Sherwood | Graceville agents Tim Davis and Rochelle Ferguson sold the property at 356 Brisbane Corso, Yeronga within 18 days.

“We had 45 groups through the property and seven people had multiple inspections. There was a lot of local interest from buyers looking to downsize but stay near the river,” Mr Davis said.

In a statement, Dale Cage and Wayne Bennett said Tim Davis was “a pleasure to deal with”.

“Great communication and hard work throughout the sale process which ended with a fantastic result,” they said.

Mr Davis said there was definitely some interstate interest from Sydney and Melbourne and it’s now sold. “We even had one fan who came to an inspection and spent an hour or more taking selfies of himself in every room of the house - from the kitchen to the pool!”

“There’s no doubt that the Brisbane Corso was the address that brought out the buyers but it was the quality and size of the house that people loved the most.”

A local family were downsizing from nearby and paid $2.120M.
