Who’s got top market share?

The value of property in Newport has increased exponentially over recent years. In fact, Corelogic data shows that the median house price has increased from $995,000 in 2012, to where it sits today at $1.8 million.
Let’s look at the top market share positions. LJ Hooker holds the top position with 23 per cent market share. Century 21 comes in second place with 12 per cent and Raine & Horne rounds out the top three with 8 per cent market share.
Of the 204 sales in the past 12 months, 72 per cent of properties sold for more than $1 million, so there’s no doubt that Newport can be a lucrative market for a savvy sales business.
