In 2018, Mr Catanzariti opened his first office with Ray White in Upper Coomera. He has since opened Ray White Coomera, Ray White Pimpama and Ray White Jacobs Well. Now known as the Ray White Catanzariti Family Group he has now added to his suite of businesses by merging with a major independent local real estate agency Jean Brown Properties.
This is a major announcement for the northern Gold Coast real estate industry, along with the successful property management and sales business, The Catanzariti Family Group will retain the Director and REIQ Young Gun, Jean Brown. She will be joining the leadership team as the Director of Business Growth further strengthening this network.
Mr Catanzariti credits the growth to his dedicated local team of high performers that want to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
His advice to other business owners is to always stay focused on goals and deliver world class service for the customers.
“The northern Gold Coast has experienced rapid growth and is now a popular destination for young families to set up. We have some of the best parks and sports facilities on the Gold Coast, we have some fantastic schools, shops and restaurants. Anything families need or want can be found here now and that’s a massive factor for people moving here and prices increasing here,” he said.
“I think COVID only increased the desirability of the northern Gold Coast as it’s still an affordable option and it’s a place that has everything you need and is close to major draw cards like beaches and the CBDs of Gold Coast and Brisbane.
“My goals are to continue to achieve my team’s goals. Our growth is due to our team and their drive to deliver world class service. I just find ways to continue to support their endeavours.”
Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew congratulated Mr Catanzariti on the strong growth he’s achieved at the helm of his suite of offices across the northern Gold Coast.
