The Ray White Group has just named its long time head of growth Mark McLeod as it’s new Chief Strategy Officer (Real Estate).

Mark McLeod has been a key part of the leading group for many decades, and his impact has never been more important.

Ray White Group Managing Director Dan White said the new title reaffirmed Mark McLeod’s engagement across all aspects of the work the group does to improve real estate agency operations.

“This new title reflects that, and gives our corporate team, our members and the industry a clearer understanding of his position in our group. Mark has a unique role in our corporate team that sees him work alongside and influence many of our teams,” Mr White said.

“This includes taking a central position in the rollout of NutureCloud with the digital team, helping to connect Concierge with the network, supporting our auction teams, and providing input and support to the new performance team to ensure they align with the key strategic objectives of the group,” Mr White said.

Mark McLeod is the key stakeholder for communicating to Ray White’s members on the key areas the group needs to address, and become a proactive 'change agent' on key strategic issues.

“This is an exciting time for our group. The investments and focus coming from the corporate team is exciting and I’m looking forward to working closely with many of our leaders within our organisation on the key strategic objectives of the group,” Mr McLeod said.
