The leading real estate group in Australasia, Ray White, has just established two important new roles for existing corporate team members.

Adelaide-based Bianca Denham will take on the new role of National Special Programs Director. Bianca has shown a great talent in creating national programs that feature longer-term engagement with our members and the development of personal connections with them.

Part of her role will include leading Pathways, and our engagement with Emerging Elite, Elite and Chairman’s Elite salespeople to ensure their ongoing development remains one of our most important responsibilities. Bianca will continue to provide forums for Emerging Elite, Elite and Chairman’s Elite business leaders.

“When I started with Ray White almost 12 years ago, I didn’t know where my career would take me. What I did know was that I had a true passion for this industry. I feel so grateful for the opportunities that have been given to me since, from starting with the corporate team in 2016 and especially with my appointment in this new role. I am really looking forward to building relationships with the wider network and assisting as many of our members as possible,” Ms Denham said.

“We have seen some incredible growth through Pathways, our Elite development program, and it will be wonderful for this to be rolled out across the whole group,” she said.

Sydney-based Tim Snell will take on the new role of Group Head of Performance which consequently will lead to the establishment of a new performance team throughout Australia.

He has made an outstanding impact on his work within New South Wales and ACT over the past few years.

His role will continue to service and grow the network through hands-on training, development and performance management programs within the performance team. The creation of a national performance team represents an important change to the operational structure of the group and makes performance and skill development a specialist national team

Tim Snell said it’s been an incredible honour to be given this opportunity to work across the broader network.

“I’ve always held the belief that the biggest asset within the group is its people and with the development of a combined performance department we now have the platform to access and share the best ideas from every state from both the leadership team and direct to the field,” he said.

Ray White Group Managing Director Dan White said these new roles acknowledge the fantastic contribution that Tim Snell and Bianca Denham have made to date in engaging with the group's members and taking them forward.

“Each has been given a vital area of responsibility, and we are very fortunate that their impact will now extend across our entire group,” Mr White said.
