TOP agent Gavin Rubinstein is the top performing principal over the Ray White group across New South Wales so far this financial year. With four months to go until the end of the year, the race is on among top agents for the final honours.
The Ray White Group set another sales record in February with $7.1 billion in unconditional sales, and all Australian residential markets across the leading property group were higher than February 2021.
The group helped more than 20,500 buyers and sellers with their property dreams in the month, with $2.11 billion sales in New South Wales alone.
The Sydney prestige agent who has just wrapped filming season two of his hit reality TV show Luxe Listings said he has not stopped. Episode one of Luxe Listings on Amazon Prime will be very special for everyone at Ray White, one not to be missed on April 1.
“What a business, what a market, what a city - I'm learning so much daily and enjoying the process more than ever,” Mr Rubinstein said.
His office Ray White TRG was the second highest performing office for the month of February across the whole group, based on commission.
“Per capita, our performance ranks incredibly highly across the Ray White Group. Given our size and time in business we have managed to hit some extremely exciting milestones which excites me about the future,” Mr Rubinstein said.
“Seeing Oliver Lavers rank second in the salesperson category for February and the numbers of our other agents and how they are trending so far this financial year compared to last is extremely exciting. Everyone is doing their part to progress and get better every single day. TRG is unified by progression.
“We started with five employees two years ago, now we have 30, and this is only the beginning.
“The support of our managing director Jarryd Rubinstein has been critical in navigating us through such a fast paced period of growth. His unique skill set is extremely rare in this industry and it puts us in an extremely strong position to continue to constantly exceed our clients expectations.”
