At the annual Ray White Rural Conference held at The Palmer Coolum Resort on the Sunshine Coast last week Ray White Rural Narrabri and Namoi Valley were recognised for very high achievement.

The office achieved top five earnings status of the rural group however the blockbuster for the team was the recognition of the Principal Rob Southwell’s sales and marketing achievements for the year.

Rob was recognised for “The Marketing Campaign of the Year” for his work on the Buddah Station Sale at Narromine for the Carolan, Findlay and Schwager families.

Sales success awards for both rural property sales and total sales for the rural group where Rob was recognised as the number one performer. The rural division has just over 80 offices throughout Australia and New Zealand and has sold in excess of a billion dollars this past year.

The biggest surprise for Rob was achieving top ten status for the entire Ray White organisation. To put this into perspective Ray White is Australasia’s most successful real estate business with 1,000 individual offices and around 6,000 agents in Australia, New Zealand , south east Asia, India and the USA. Last year, Ray White sold just under $30 billion worth of property including residential, commercial and rural property as well as hotels and marine.

Rob felt that numerous years of recognition for his marketing prowess and irrigation farm sales results was starting to pay off, however it is very humbling to be recognised with such great achievers in the group located in the Eastern Suburbs and North Shore of Sydney as well as Brisbane, Gold Coast, Broadbeach and Auckland marketplaces.
