The property at 68 Poole Lane, Bapaume in the Southern Downs region is being marketed by Ray White Rural Queensland sales agent Jason Mattiazzi.

The property is being sold via expressions of interest, closing on 25 June.

Mr Mattiazzi said Poole’s Produce was a “powerhouse” in vegetable farming and had decades of successful production.

With more than 180 hectares over 10 titles, Mr Mattiazzi said the property featured excellent infrastructure, extensive water security, solar power systems, multiple residences, and year-round premium vegetable production.

He said the property also includes a seedling nursery, a cold storage facility with 329 pallet spaces, packing and sorting lines, and an array of machinery and sheds.

The main farm features a spacious five-bedroom brick home with ducted air conditioning, a kitchen, and multiple living areas, as well as a granny flat and sealed driveway.

‘Doug's Block’ includes a four-bedroom timber house, a one-bedroom cottage, and a large steel-framed shed housing irrigation systems.

"Wain’s Block" is a solid stucco-concrete three-bedroom home and another one-bedroom cottage, while ‘AJ's Block’ features a three-bedroom home with sunny living spaces.

Mr Mattiazzi said: “This turnkey operation is ideal for owner operators, strategic investors, or agribusinesses looking to expand into a proven cool-climate operation with strong market credentials”.
