AT Ray White, real estate runs in the family which makes the new Ray White Kiprovski Group business owner Jason Kiprovski a perfect fit for the fourth generation agency and Australasia’s largest real estate company.

Born and bred in Ryde, Mr Kiprovski knew from a young age that he wanted to be in real estate after watching his father and grandfather help hundreds of Australians buy and sell their dream homes. He’s worked in some of the most prestigious parts of Sydney but came back to Ryde seven years ago to run his own business which has become Ray White Kiprovski Group. The result of combining the Ray White Group with Mr Kiprovski’s family brand will bring almost 200 years of real estate experience to the Ryde area as Ray White turns 119 this year while the Kiprovskis have had eight decades in the business.“The combination of international reach, second to none capabilities and their grounding in family values that comes straight from the White family themselves made the opportunity to join the group one I couldn’t miss,” Mr Kiprovski said.“I look forward to backing my business with the strength of Australia’s largest property group.”Mr Kiprovski said he loves working with people and couldn’t see himself doing anything else.“I’ve been listing and selling for 15 years and have developed strong negotiating skills and become a specialist in the auction method,” he said.“I know that Ray White believes strongly in the auction method and so do I. It’s transparent, unconditional and tests the market in a way that private sales can’t.“In the next year, we hope to boost market share and double what we are writing. With the backing of Ray White, I think that’s something we are well placed to achieve.”In the last year, the Ryde area has experienced an influx of inner city buyers wanting to move somewhere that offers space, value and a family orientated community.“There has been a big attraction for families with heaps of development going in and easy access to public transport and good schools. People expect more from their homes and communities after the rolling lockdowns over the last year,” Mr Kiprovski said.“We hope to take Ray White Kiprovski Group to the next level and help our clients by expanding our team. We want quality agents who know the value and meaning of good customer service to join our family team.”Ray White New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory CEO Andrew McCulloch welcomed Mr Kiprovski to the Ray White family.“We are thrilled Jason has chosen to open his business through Ray White,” Mr McCulloch said.“I have no doubt he will be an asset to the group with his young, fresh energy backed by decades of real estate experience.“We now have what I believe to be one of the strongest corporate teams in the industry, made up of specialists dedicated to providing bespoke and tangible support for our network."I look forward to collaborating with Jason and supporting him in his growth ambitions over the coming years.”
