The conference will welcome more than 3,000 real estate professionals across three days of cutting-edge leadership and growth content, featuring seven world-class keynotes and 16 high-impact breakout sessions.

Daniel Ricciardo, whose journey has transformed him into one of motorsport's most beloved personalities, will appear in a rare sit-down interview with renowned sports presenter Mel McLaughlin. With eight wins, 32 podiums, and a legendary reputation that extends far beyond racing, the "Honey Badger" brings his infectious energy and down-to-earth Australian charm to Connect's stage.

Kicking off the conference, Harvard Business School professor Boris Groysberg will join Ray White Group's chairman Brian White for an exclusive conversation 20 years in the making, exploring the leadership principles that transformed a small Brisbane network into a market-dominating force. This extraordinary session combines Groysberg's world-class academic insights with exclusive reflections from the famously humble third-generation leader whose quiet determination built an international real estate network.

The star-studded lineup also includes dual-season Paralympic champion Dr Jessica Gallagher; Bluey creator Joe Brumm; billion-dollar beauty founder Shelley Sullivan (pictured below); ultra-marathon phenomenon Nedd Brockmann; award-winning tech futurist Melissa Clark-Reynolds; and Thai cave rescue hero Dr Richard Harris, whose courage and expertise helped save 12 trapped soccer players in one of the world's most daring rescues.

The breakout program spans real estate topics from luxury marketing, recruitment and growth, auctions and property management, to technology roadmaps and economics. The program features leading industry experts as well as insights from leaders in their respective fields: Ray White Chief Economist Nerida Conisbee, 9News Finance Editor and social media star Chris Kohler, Canva's Global Head of Social Media Shirley Tat, Human Connection Scientist Dr. Ali Walker, and America's Cup-winning skipper John Bertrand AO.

Held every three years, Ray White head of events Kirby Pearce said this year’s Connect conference was not to be missed.

“We are so excited to bring Connect to life again this year, it will be bigger and better than ever,” Ms Pearce said.

“It’s an incredible opportunity to bring our entire network together to learn, share, and be inspired by some of the best minds in the industry and beyond.

“This year’s speaker line-up is truly world-class. We’re bringing together industry leaders, innovators, and change-makers who will challenge, inspire, and motivate our members.

“We’ve worked hard to create a program that offers something for everyone, whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned leader. Attendees will walk away with tangible tools, fresh perspectives, and renewed energy to take back to their businesses.

“One of the most special parts of Connect is the sense of community it builds. There’s nothing quite like coming together in person with colleagues from across the country and beyond – it fosters real connection, collaboration, and a shared vision for success.”

The conference will kick off with members heading back to their foundation at The Shed in Crows Nest, where Ray White himself first began his career. It was there, in the humble, tin and timber shed, where young Ray White established his first office in 1902. The Shed is home to the 123-year-old Ray White legacy, with members now part of the incredible story which is still being written.
