THIS year more than 130 Ray White Chairman’s Elite and Elites jetted to Bali for their annual retreat, but this year, the agenda was developed by the group’s high performing members.
Ray White Head of Performance Management Adam Downes surveyed the elite sales people before the conference to determine which topics of discussions were prioritised.
“We know how busy our Chairman’s Elite and Elite agents are, so we want to ensure we hit the mark with every aspect of the conference, and add value at every step,” Mr Downes said.
The topics that proved to be the most popular for discussion revolved around lead generation structures, building and managing teams, technology, the future of real estate and skill sets around listing presentations.
In addition to the key discussion topics, a brand-new, online, real-time performance management platform was released to those at the conference.
“Key features in the Agents’ Pulse is a goal-setting tool, real-time performance metrics, leaderboards, and benchmarking insights. These provide every agent with the ability to track and manage their own performance in real time.
“We gave each attendee feedback into the development of the tool prior to release to the broader network.”
The team’s discussion was epitomized by Ray White Howick’s Anton Huang’s case study, which outlined the journey of how Mr Huang could build a business that allowed him to achieve the international number one agent of the year.
“The honesty of the interview with Mr Huang provided a huge amount of confidence and value to all attendees to go back into their businesses and continue to develop their teams,” he said.
“This session was reiterated by providing the process around devising team roles and the detail in recruiting and onboarding those key roles within an agent’s business. |
