The real stand-out of the night came in Woodhill as Ray White Whangarei Salespeople Zoltan Waxman (above) and Devon Cameron successfully sold 13 Kirikiri Road(below) for $825,000.
“This was an exceptional auction that was highly contested and had buyers bidding from Abu Dhabi all the way to Auckland – eventually selling for 54 per cent over CV,” Mr Waxman said.
