AUSTRALASIA’S largest real estate agency has come to Glenorchy, opened by locals Farzin Hesari and Nawwar Alshawi and backed by some of Hobart’s most experienced real estate consultants.While the business duo and close friends are bringing decades of business experience to the table, they are most proud of the team they have assembled.
New recruits include Hobart real estate power couple Samantha and David Johnston who have been serving Glenorchy buyers and sellers for more than 10 years.
The pair are familiar faces in the Glenorchy area and Mrs Johnston said they are excited to bring their local knowledge and expertise to the suburb.
“We live in the area and know it well, which is why we are so excited that Ray White has opened a franchise here,” Mrs Johnston said.
They also pride themselves on their ability to obtain the best price in the market with Mrs Johnston saying they are always willing to go above and beyond to achieve premium results for their clients.
“My biggest belief is that you always treat people how you expect to be treated,” Mrs Johnston said.
“At the end of the day, Tasmania is a small place so word of mouth and referrals are extremely important and make up around 90 per cent of our business.”
Mr Johnston said the pair chose Ray White because of the brand’s reputation as a leader in the industry.
“Ray White is unparalleled in what they can offer us and our clients, we are really impressed with the systems, the structure and all the support we have received from the corporate team,” Mr Johnston said.
“Obviously we love the team aspect and what we can bring to the table is our great negotiation skills, we have a strong history of getting great results for our clients and leaving lots of happy people in our wake.”
Business leaders, Mr Hesari and Mr Alshawi are firm believers in creating a healthy culture that allows their people to shine and echoed Mr Johnston’s sentiment saying it’s amazing to see how supportive the Ray White team has been.
