THE Ray White Western Australia network has won the REIWA Top Franchise Award under the value sold and listings sold categories for another year.

Ray White WA has won the award under the value sold category for three years in a row while the leading WA agency has also won in the listings sold column four years consecutively.

The awards recognise the 2421 properties listed which sold to the value of $1,178,933,396 during 2019-20 by Ray White Western Australia.

Ray White Western Australia CEO Mark Whiteman (pictured below) recognised the efforts of all members in contributing to the collective result as well as the backing of the White Family’s support

“Awards such as these are great, however it’s really about our customer’s feedback and satisfaction with our member’s work is still the key piece for us,” Mr Whiteman said.

“We have an unfair advantage, the White Family. They provide us with a resource base and set of tools that is unmatched in Western Australia.

Mr Whiteman also reminded his members not to become complacent.

“These accolades are a good indicator that we are getting something right, but the success of last year will be a distant memory if we don’t continue to grow and stretch ourselves,” the WA CEO said.

“2020/21 will be an important year for our group, one of growth and renewal. The work has only just begun and we believe that the best is yet to come for Ray White in WA.”

The award is given to the Marketing Group or Franchise Group that has sold the highest total value of properties during a particular reiwa.com year that have previously been listed by that group.

Vivien Yap’s team from Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont also won the Top Team based on value sold for a second year. Ms Yap credited the win to the hard work, perseverance and passion of her team.

“It’s not just about figures for us, we care about our clients. I believe that if you care about your team and your clients then those rewards will come back tenfold,” Ms Yap said.

“Our clients are always our number one priority, it’s not about any one person - it’s about them.”

The Top Team based on sold value is awarded to the team that sells the highest value of residential properties during a particular month that have previously been listed by that team.

The 2020 reiwa.com Awards Ball was held at Crown Perth on Saturday, September 12. REIWA CEO Neville Pozzi said this prestigious event celebrates the state’s top performing agents and agencies from all businesses in WA for the 2019-20 financial year.

“The reiwa.com awards are a testament to the commitment, dedication and exceptional levels of service these agents provide to their clients and communities on a daily basis.” Mr Pozzi said

“On behalf of everyone at REIWA, I’d like to congratulate the winners and finalists of the 2020 reiwa.com Awards for their outstanding achievements.”
