Ray White Victoria welcomes Rockbank to the family
Three of Ray White Victoria’s key players have joined together to open their third office in Melbourne’s western suburb of Rockbank.
Three of Ray White Victoria’s key players have joined together to open their third office in Melbourne’s western suburb of Rockbank.
For Mark Srivastava and Anil Malik, owners of Ray White Tarneit and Ray White Truganina, this expansion will be their third office in the group.
They are joined by BDM and Senior Property Manager, Reet Sarain, who will head up the new team at Rockbank.
“Being part of the Ray White group has been so special, and we are thrilled to be taking the next step under a brand who has such fantastic recognition and presence across Melbourne,” Mr Srivastava said.
“The systems at Ray White offer are so streamlined, and the support we have received from the corporate team has been invaluable, particularly during this time of COVID-19.”
While Mr Srivastava and Mr Mailk will still be closely involved in the overall running of the new office, Ms Sarain will implement her strategic client management and end-to end property management experience in the new business.
“We are very proud that our star performer Reet will be taking carriage of this area, as she has proved her capability time and time again in the Truganina team,” Mr Malik said.
For the trio, who have nearly 30 years of combined experience between them, taking this next step into Rockbank was a natural progression.
“Rockbank has loads of potential, and has undergone extensive development in the past couple of years,” Mr Malik said.
“There will be over 10,000 dwellings popping up over the next few years, to compliment the seven estates that already have been developed.”
The suburb of Rockbank is 29km west of Melbourne’s CBD, and sought after for families because of the high quality schools and amenities in the area. The housing landscape is made up of 400-500sqm independent dwellings, as well as bigger blocks and semi-rural properties.
“It is a wonderful developing area, and there is very easy access to the city via the freeway and with its own train station,” Ms Sarain said.
“We all live in the area ourselves; it is a fantastic place to raise a family.”
For the team, their existing reputation and relationships with the local community will be the key driver for success in Rockbank.
“We want to make our presence known in this market place; our goal is to achieve 50 per cent market share in the first year, and we believe we have all the right tools in place to make this happen,” Ms Sarain said.
They will also have a strong focus on building their rent roll over the next few months, with Ms Sarain using her six years of experience to make this happen. The team is also already recruiting for more sales and property management positions.
“Recruitment is also at the top of our list at the moment; we would like a really strong agent to represent all seven estates within the suburb,” Ms Sarain said.
Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Stephen Dullens was thrilled by the team’s expansion into their third office in western Melbourne.
“The expansion into Rockbank is a fantastic achievement for Mark, Anil and Reet; they should all be very proud of how far they have come already,” Mr Dullens said.
“What they have done with the Truganina and Tarneit regions has been nothing short of amazing - we cannot wait to see all they can achieve in their new office.”
“We look forward to supporting them and their team as they continue to provide the best possible service to their customers,” Mr Dullens concluded.
