Ray White Victoria & Tasmania CEO Domenic Belfiore addressed the group, emphasising the company's commitment to integrity and growth: "Tonight is about you, a celebration of your effort, talent, and resilience. Patrick McConnachie of Ray White Ferntree Gully said it was such an honour for the team to win this prestigious award now nine years in a row. “On Monday, we celebrate 20 years in business and we have won this award 10 times over that 20 years,” he said.

“The people we surround ourselves with are all first class and this award is won by everyone in our business. We adhere to a principle that the standards we walk past are the standards we accept, so we have high standards. We are 85-strong now but we are ready to level up again.” Ray White Ferntree Gully also won the International Competition Creator - Office at the recent International Awards on the Gold Coast.

Andrew Salvo from Ray White Southbank | Melbourne City was awarded the CEO's Cup, recognising an individual who has made a remarkable impact to the wider Ray White Group.

Mr Salvo has demonstrated exceptional leadership through multiple business model transitions, from launching in the competitive inner-city apartment market to successfully pivoting through new developments, established property sales, and property management. Mr Belfiore praised his leadership style, noting he "leads with humility, placing his team and peers before himself." His wife Amy accepted the trophy on his behalf last night.

The prestigious Business Achievement Award was presented to Anil Malik and Mark Srivastava from Ray White Tarneit.

This award recognises significant business achievements over an extended period. The Tarneit office, a long-time member of the Ray White family, underwent a change of ownership 10 years ago and has since transformed into a consistent high-performance operation. Through smart recruitment strategies and leveraging the strength of the Ray White group, the business has demonstrated remarkable growth and is recognised as an office that is "only just starting to hit its straps."

Michael Teague was inducted as a Life Member, the highest honour within the Ray White group. Mr Teague's journey with Ray White began in the late 1990s when he rebranded his businesses to join the network. "Life membership is an acknowledgement and recognition granted to an individual for their hard work, dedication and significant contribution to the Ray White Group over many, many years," Mr Belfiore explained. Mr Teague served as Principal across multiple offices including Benalla, Seymour, Nagambie, Euroa, Bendigo, Frankston and Mornington, and played a pivotal role in Ray White's growth and expansion across regional Victoria as part of the corporate team.

Property management achievements were strongly represented, with:

  • No. 1 Property Management Office - Revenue: Ray White Cranbourne

  • No. 1 Property Management Office - Net Growth: Ray White Tarneit

  • Property Manager of the Year: Eloise Sweatman (Ray White Frankston) #1 International Property Manager of the Year too

Sixteen individuals achieved Chairman's Elite status, representing the highest performers across the network: Frankie Azzopardi (Glenroy); Kevin Chokshi (The Bayside Group | Cheltenham); Ian Dempsey (Preston); Aaron Hill (Sunbury); Petar Krnjeta (Werribee); Vivian Li (Wantirna); Garvit Mediratta (Wollert); Trish Orrico (Craigieburn); Damian Portarto (Mildura); Kunal Singh (Tarneit); Cameron Smits (Swan Hill); Gavin Staindl (Officer); Ben Thomas (Ferntree Gully); Fergus Torpy (Warrnambool) and Helen Yan (Balwyn).

Reflecting on the challenging year, Mr Belfiore emphasised the importance of maintaining high standards: "Through all of this, one thing remains constant, our ethics. In every transaction, every decision, every customer interaction, doing the right thing must come first. Always."

He reinforced Ray White's commitment to excellence: "Best in market isn't just about being the number one agency by sales volume or commission. It's about how we show up. It's how we present ourselves to our customers and communities."

The CEO concluded with a message of optimism: "I'm incredibly proud of our achievements throughout the last year. In every metric, we grew. More property transactions than ever before and more auctions too.

“I’m incredibly proud of our achievements throughout the last year. The position we find ourselves in now, is extremely exciting.

“More businesses continue to pursue auctions as the best method of sale for their customers and as a result have experienced wonderful growth themselves.

“I am so proud of what we’ve achieved and for what will come next but what I am most proud of is you — the people in this room.

“The ones who grew, the ones who endured, the ones who helped others succeed. This network is built on your shoulders. And it’s moving forward because of your belief in what we do.”
