The magazine is set to rival publications from competitive listing conglomerates as the group solidifies its place as the leading luxury homes seller in Australasia.
Luxury Homes will be a monthly digital-first publication (but also available to print) featuring premier properties, curated design, architectural innovation, and commentary from some of the most experienced voices in the industry. It’s a new platform for a long-held strength: selling homes that define prestige across city, coastal, and rural landscapes.
While being the market leader across Australia and New Zealand, what’s less recognised is Ray White’s dominance in the upper echelons of residential real estate.

“The marketing team were able to come up with a process, using our enterprise partner Canva, that pulls listings from our operating systems and API framework, so we can surface our currently-listed luxury properties across the network.”
