Operating in Tamworth for two decades, Ray White Tamworth has become a one-stop shop for its clients with the launch of its new livestock business.

Principal Malcolm Campbell said Ray White Livestock Tamworth was the perfect addition to his business, already operating in residential, commercial, and rural property.Operating Ray White Rural Tamworth alongside Riley Gibson and Baden Chaffey, Mr Campbell said they had been wanting to expand into livestock for some time.“Particularly in a large regional town, we’ve got clients who are living on farms, they’ve got commercial or industrial investments, and livestock, so it’s important to be a one-stop shop,” Mr Campell said.“They can make one phone call, and their needs can be met, whether it’s residential, rural, commercial or livestock.”Experienced local livestock agents Scott Simshauser and Simon Rafferty will be joining the business, providing their expertise in saleyard and paddock sales.“We were about to embark on going into the saleyards on our own, but the opportunity came up to join forces with Scott and Simon,” Mr Campbell said.“Both of these gentlemen are well respected stock agents, and after a couple of meetings it felt like a naturally good fit.”A livestock agent since 1985, Mr Simshauser said he was excited to team up with the Ray White Rural Tamworth team to launch Ray White Livestock Tamworth.“It’s an outstanding opportunity,” he said.“They’ve got a well established business and I can’t speak more highly of their business attributes, their attitude towards their clients, their clients always come first.“I have a very loyal client base and my commitment is to provide the best service to my clients.“I’m looking forward to this new and exciting endeavour.”While Mr Simshauser’s primary focus will be the saleyards, Mr Rafferty’s focus will be on paddock sales.“I’ve been a livestock agent for 15 years in the north west NSW and New England area,” Mr Rafferty said.“My main focus in the business will be bigger volume feedlot contracts and medium to large family properties.“Working with Ray White Livestock Tamworth has been a really good experience so far, I like the fact that it's locally and privately owned, but with a big national brand and network behind it.”Mr Campbell said he hoped to continue to grow the business and the team over the next 12 months.“We also want to continue to grow our team to include more livestock agents.”Ray White Rural and Livestock managing director Stephen Nell said it was fantastic to see Ray White Rural Tamworth expand to include Ray White Livestock Tamworth.“Ray White Rural Tamworth has continued its success for many years, and it’s a natural progression to see it continue to grow and incorporate the new livestock business, ” Mr Nell said.“With a strong, local, and experienced team, I look forward to seeing the business continue to expand and do well into the future.”
