A record 433 guests attended the annual Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory state awards at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on Friday 4th of September to celebrate the achievements of the top offices and individuals throughout the network.

The awards were broken down amongst both states with the top sales award based on settled commission going to Jason Spagnuolo of Ray White City Edge in South Australia, and Doris Baylis of Ray White Katherine in the Northern Territory.

Jason also took out the top award for the highest number of sales in the last 12 months, a title which was awarded to Nick Mousellis of Ray White Darwin in the NT.

The top business owner of the year went to Ray White Salisbury, in South Australia, owned by one of the Ray White Group’s young principals Mike Lao and business partner Amy Sim.

Peter Kritisis of Ray White Woodville was named as the top selling Principal across the network, in both settled commission and number of sales. He also received the top prize for excellence as an Auctioneer.

The award for excellence in Auctions by an office went to Ray White Adelaide, and overall Auctioneer of the year award across SA and NT went to Trent Godfrey of Ray White Brighton.

The top overall office in South Australia proudly went to the Clare Valley - who also took the top spot regionally, just ahead of the top overall metro office of SA - Ray White City Edge.

Awards for the company’s rookies were also presented on the night, with the best career start awards going to Nicole Turner from Ray White Darwin and Elle Griffiths of Ray White Two Wells.

Michelle Iggleden from Ray White Darwin was named the Northern Territory’s property manager of the year, and in South Australia Ray White Magill’s Elinore Rositano took home the award.

In a break away from some of the standard awards across the states, Ray White Salisbury was awarded the best in social media presence, and father and son duo Geoff and Daniel Schell from Ray White Clare Valley were recognised for their efforts in online marketing.

The annual Justin Kelly Award this year went to Paul Bateman from Ray White City Edge in South Australia, for being an exceptional role model for the entire Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory network.

Other awards on the night included the best in customer satisfaction, administrator of the year, personal assistant of the year, database management and Concierge quality as well as many more.
