MORE than 600 guests attended the annual Ray White South Australia state awards on Friday, August 26 at the Adelaide Convention Centre to celebrate the achievements of the top offices and individuals throughout the network.

Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory CEO Matthew Lindblom (pictured above) said the Annual Awards is a special opportunity where the network can come together for a night of fun, recognition and celebration.

“What a year we have had to celebrate with $4 billion in sales value across SA/NT and $75 billion across Australasia. Ray White in South Australia is now selling one in every six homes across the state, with our market share in our strongest position yet, with still so much more opportunity in front of us.

“Tonight we recognise our top performers, as individuals, teams and across all areas of the business, including leadership, sales, property management and our often unsung heroes, administration and support staff. We also recognise many of our long standing members for their tenure, to say thank you for your contribution and loyalty over many years.

One of the most exciting awards of the night was Peter Kiritsis, Chairman Elite Performer of Ray White Woodville, named as the Top Principal for Settled Commission in 2022 in his 26th year with the group.

Fellow Chairman Elite Performer Nick Psarros (pictured above middle) from Ray White Port Adelaide was once again proudly named Top Principal for Number of Sales.

Another very successful year was recognised for the Top Sales Professional based on settled commission and number of sales, which went to Stefan Siciliano (pictured above middle) of Ray White Norwood. He was also named as the Top Auction Agent too. Ray White Norwood took out the Excellence in Auction award for an office across the whole group internationally.

Once again, Ray White Norwood - owned by Sam Brincat and Jason Spagnuolo won not only the Top Metro Office, but the Top Office Overall by settled sales commission in 2022. Ray White Norwood continued to add to their accolades by also clinching the top spot for Property Management as well as the top volume office across the whole group internationally. Ray White Norwood agent Lawrence Cocca was named as the Sales Associate of the Year.

Rising Star Auctioneer of the Year was Blake Scholz of Ray White Unley, while Robbie Smith also of Unley was named Auctioneer of The Year for 2022. Northern Territory agent Nick Syrimi of Ray White Commercial & City NT was named as the top Northern Territory Agent - Settled Commission. Ray White Rural South Australia was named Top Business Growth Office.

Angus Campbell (pictured above) of Ray White Woodside was named as a Life Member for 2022.

Mr Campbell couldn’t be at the awards ceremony due to health reasons but Mr Lindblom delivered a letter on his behalf.

“What an honour and especially when you consider the elk of past recipients. I am truly humbled. Danae and I would have preferred to have been here in person to receive

this award, but unfortunately due to the onset of Kennedy’s Syndrome I cannot speak nor move like I used to,” Mr Campbell wrote.

Kennedy’s is an extremely rare neurological and genetic disorder that affects less than one male in every 70,000.

“It affects men in different ways and in my case, I have recently undergone a tracheostomy to help me breath and as a result it has left me without a voice. That’s ironic when you consider my past life as a radio announcer and real estate agent. But, we’re not letting it get in our way. My family and I are simply learning how to adjust and pivot to our new lifestyle and we are in good spirits.”

Mr Campbell’s advice for all those starting out or getting close to the crossroads of committing to real estate, his advice was: “be bold, be brave, be honest, be you.”

Ray White Mount Barker, led by Andrew Dickson and Ryan Keatley (pictured above), featured prominently at the awards including being awarded the Top Regional Office - Settled Commission as well as the Outstanding Contribution Award after an amazing year.

Mr Lindblom said the Outstanding Contribution Award goes to principals who continue to set the bar higher every year, leading the way to create opportunity for their team and the Ray White group.

“Andrew and Ryan’s focus on continual improvement, using all the technology and marketing available to them, customer service and achieving the very best outcomes for their clients, reflects so positively on all of us,” he said.

“These principals are always happy to help, collaborate and share wherever they can. The continual investment in growth of their business and team, ambition and competitive spirit to win is synonymous with Ray White and I am very pleased to congratulate Ryan Keatley and Andrew Dickson from Ray White Mount Barker for winning the Ray White outstanding contribution and achievement award.”

Goolwa’s Tarran Dunn was awarded Rising Star - Property Management, while Steven Ulbrich of Angle Vale and Vince Tropepe of Mawson Lakes were awarded Rising Stars in Sales. Jess Teakle of Mt Gambier was named the Property Manager of the Year and Glenelg’s Nazz Mina was named the Property Management Business Development Manager of the Year for 2022.
