MORE than 530 guests attended the annual Ray White South Australia state awards on Friday, August 20 at the Adelaide Convention Centre to celebrate the achievements of the top offices and individuals throughout the network.

Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory CEO Matthew Lindblom said the Annual Awards is a special opportunity where the network can come together for a night of fun, recognition and celebration.“What a year we have had to celebrate with $3 billion in sales value across Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory last year, up from $1.8 billion the previous year. The entire group also did $74 billion in sales value, up from $44 billion the year before,” Mr Lindblom said.“Ray White in South Australia is now selling one in every seven homes across the state and one in every eight homes across Australia and New Zealand, with our market share in our strongest position yet and still so many opportunities for further growth across South Australia and the Northern Territory.“Tonight we recognise our top performers, as individuals, teams and across all areas of the business, including leadership, sales, property management and our often unsung heroes, administration and support staff.“We also recognise many of our long standing members for their tenure, to say thank you for your contribution and loyalty over many years.”

One of the most exciting awards of the night was Peter Kiritsis (pictured above left with Matthew Lindblom), Chairman Elite Performer of Ray White Woodville, named as the Top Principal for Settled Commission in 2020-21 in his 25th year with the group. While fellow Chairman Elite Performer Nick Psarros from Ray White Port Adelaide was once again proudly named Top Principal for Number of Sales.

Another very successful year was recognised for the Top Sales Professional based on settled commission and number of sales, which went to Stefan Siciliano (pictured below left with Matthew Lindblom) of Ray White Norwood. Ray White Norwood took out the Excellence in Auction award for an office while Norwood agent Ryan Stapleton took out the Individual Excellence in Auction Award.

Once again, Ray White Norwood - owned by Sam Brincat and Jason Spagnuolo won not only the Top Metro Office, but the Top Office Overall by settled sales commission in 2020-21. Ray White Norwood continued to add to their accolades by also clinching the top spots for the Business Growth awards in both sales and property management, as well as Marketing Excellence.Ray White Yorke Peninsula, led by Melissa and David Bussenschutt (pictured below with Matthew Lindblom), featured prominently including being awarded the Top Regional Office, Elite Business Leadership, Customer Satisfaction as well as the Outstanding Contribution Award after a strong year that saw the real estate power couple open their fourth office.

Mr Lindblom said the award goes to principals who continue to set the bar higher every year, leading the way to create opportunity for their team and the Ray White group.“Melissa and David’s focus on continual improvement, using all the technology and marketing available to them, customer service and achieving the very best outcomes for their clients, reflects so positively on all of us,” he said.

“The continual investment in growth of their business and team, ambition, humble nature, and competitive spirit to win is synonymous with Ray White and I am very pleased to congratulate them for winning the Ray White Outstanding Contribution Award.”

The Port Augusta | Whyalla team were again recognised as the top Property Management Business for their third year in a row, with Natasha Goodwin also being awarded BDM of the Year.

Ray White Mount Barker’s Anna Sutherland was awarded Property Manager of the Year, with business partners Andrew Dickson and Ryan Keatley being recognised as Elite Business Leaders as well.

Ray White Glenelg also featured heavily on the night, with their business and team being ranked second and third respectively for sales and property management, as well as being awarded for the Top Database awards.

Awards for the company’s rising stars were also presented on the night, with the sales based Rising Star award going to Charmaine Budd from Ray White Port Augusta | Whyalla and the Rising Star in Property Management award went to Maria Glebova from Ray White Glenelg.The Premier Business Leaders awards proudly went to our principals of Ray White Barossa Valley, Berri, Gawler, Henley Beach, Mt Gambier, Port Adelaide, Tea Tree Gully and Woodville.
