RAY WHITE offices across South Australia and the Northern Territory virtually attended the annual Ray White South Australia | Northern Territory state awards on Wednesday August 26 to celebrate the achievements of the top offices and individuals throughout the network.

Ray White SA | NT CEO Matt Lindblom said despite uncertainty, Ray White SA have risen to the challenge and as a result, the Ray White brand has grown in market share to be in our strongest position yet.

“Thank you to everyone for joining online tonight, it is great to see you come together with your teams, for a night of recognition, celebration and fun,” Mr Lindblom said.

“Tonight we recognise our top performers, as individuals, teams and across all areas of the business, including leadership, sales, property management and our often unsung heroes, administration and support staff.

“We also recognise many of our long standing members for their tenure, to say thank you for your contribution and loyalty over many years.

“Last but not least, to all the partners online tonight, I appreciate your support you provide as I understand the long hours often involved in real estate and the sacrifice that comes with this.”

One of the most exciting awards of the night was Nick Psarros, Chairman Elite Agent of Ray White Port Adelaide, named as the Top Principal - Settled Commission for 2019-20. Mr Psarros was also named Top Principal - Number of Sales & No. 1 International Principal Number of Sales.

Another very successful year was recognised for the Top Sales Professional based on settled commission, which went to Stefan Siciliano of Ray White Norwood, who also won the Top Sales Professional for number of sales as well as the auction agent of the year.

Mr Siciliano put his win down to the hard work of both himself and his team.

"I could never have done this without my sales team, Trent Dudley and Sabrina Furlan. Throughout everything, we have dug deep and just continued to do what we do best," Mr Siciliano said.

"While some things have looked different this year, we went back to the basics and adapted quickly. A lot of our success also comes down to the help of Ray White SA Chief Auctioneer John Morris and the wider Ray White Group."

Once again, Ray White Norwood - owned by Sam Brincat and Jason Spagnuolo won not only the Top Metro Office but the Top Office Overall - by settled sales commission in 2019-20. Ray White Norwood continued to add to their accolades by also clinching the top spot for the Business Growth award.

Ray White Mount Barker, led by Ryan Keatley and Andrew Dickson, won the Top Regional Office after another very strong year that will continue further with the exciting announcement of their 2nd office opening in Strathalbyn.

The Premier Business Leaders awards proudly went to our principals of Ray White Berri, Gawler, Henley Beach, Mt Barker, Port Adelaide and Woodville. Peter Kiritsis, of Ray White Woodville was also recognised for his 15 consecutive years as an Elite agent.

Ray White Rural South Australia’s Geoff and Daniel Schell were awarded the prestigious new award for Outstanding Contribution.

“The award this year goes to principals who have certainly broken new ground for Ray White in recent years, leading the way to create opportunity for themselves, as well as other Ray White offices, sales people and the Ray White brand,” Mr Lindblom said.

“Their focus on continual improvement, using all the technology and marketing available to them, customer service and achieving the very best outcome for their clients, reflects so positively on all of us and the Ray White brand.

“These principals are always happy to help where they can, they want what is best for the group and look out for their fellow Ray White colleagues right across the network including other states.

“Their ambition and competitive nature to win is synonymous with Ray White and I am very pleased to congratulate Geoff and Dan Schell for winning the Ray White Outstanding Contribution award.”
