If one successful office isn’t enough, be like Ray White Brighton-Le-Sands and expand to new territories.

The Ray White Group welcomed the expansion of the very successful Brighton-Le-Sands team onto the coastline of Ramsgate, in the bustling St George region of southern Sydney.

"For at least the last three to four years we were planning to expand the business. Our aim was to be able to cover the whole Botany Bay foreshore,” Principal Elia Economou said.

“It was a natural progression to expand our geographic presence."

The new office is at 1/185 Ramsgate Road, Ramsgate and aims to increase real estate opportunities for the community of Ramsgate Beach.

Ray White NSW Metro CEO Andrew McCulloch congratulated Mr Economou and Mr Tsekenis on their expansion to Ramsgate Beach.

“Elia and Peter have run an exceptional business at Brighton-Le-Sands for many years and we are thrilled to see them take on this opportunity,” Mr McCulloch said. However, don’t for a moment think that the new office means the team is split, or that any confusion will be experienced.

“We have kept it simple for our clients. One web address, one phone number, one team and one very big database!” explained the proud leader.

Continuing across both addresses is also the company’s commitment to environmental sustainability.

“We do everything in our power to ensure our office is a paperless office only keeping the industry required paperwork. All our other documentation is stored in cloud based software and storage. We have also recently rolled out a system with our clients to ensure all receipts, invoices and accounting documents are emailed instead of printed and posted," he said.

Combined with their continued support of local sporting teams and charities, Ray White Brighton-Le-Sands | Ramsgate Beach was a popular choice for locals.

While still growing their business, the reception and response from locals has been a driving force, reinforced recently by winning a hotly contested Local Business Award.

Of the 12 finalists in the real estate agency division at the recent St George Local Business Awards, Ray White Brighton-Le-Sands | Ramsgate won top honours, with the award presented by Councillor Sam Elmir, Deputy Mayor of the Georges River Council.
