The Ray White network continues to reinforce its reputation for excellence with three finalists in the 2018 Real Estate Institute Queensland award.
The Ray White network continues to reinforce its reputation for excellence with three finalists in the 2018 Real Estate Institute Queensland award.Ray White nominations include Ray White Queensland’s Mitch Peereboom for Auctioneer of the Year, Wayde Hildrew of Ray White Aspley nominated for Business Development Manager, and Ray White MetroWest for Medium Agency of the Year.Mitch Peereboom, who has recently joined Ray White Queensland as Chief Auctioneer, said it was ‘extremely humbling’ to be recognised by the REIQ."Many talented auctioneers are part of Ray White Queensland, and it is a privilege to be taking on the role of Chief Auctioneer in a group with such depth in this space," Mr Peereboom said.Wayde Hildrew has been with Ray White since 2012 and rates in the top five per cent of Business Development Managers in Queensland. Of his nomination, Mr Hildrew said he was "truly appreciative" of his REIQ nomination.‘It's evidence that my proactive approach and the high level of service I provide for my clients is being noticed not only by my clients but also industry leaders. I am humbled to play a part in my clients’ wealth creation and am grateful for the support of my office and the Ray White brand," Mr Hildrew said.Head of Property Management for the group, Emily Sim, congratulated Wayde on his nomination."Wayde is a long-standing BDM in our group who is extremely passionate about property management," Ms Sim said."Achieving property management growth in our group is paramount, and Wayde is one of the best BDM's in the country - his results are enormous. The REIQ BDM of the Year is a prestigious award in QLD, and we wish him all the best."Craig Sharp, principal of Ray White MetroWest in Brisbane, founded the agency in 2013 with wife Krista, and is very proud that REIQ is recognising the team's strong customer focus in what is a relatively young office."We have worked tirelessly and sacrificed a lot to build strong foundations and strive for constant improvement.
