Scott Langley and Daryl Green have expanded their operations in Perth’s northern coastal suburbs by taking over the ownership of Ray White North Beach.
The two highly experienced real estate professionals are already the Co-Principals of Ray White North Quays in Sorrento and both have enjoyed lengthy, multi-award winning careers with the Ray White Group.
Ray White WA CEO Mark Whiteman said he was excited that Scott and Daryl had decided to expand their business into North Beach.
“Scott and Daryl have both been with the Ray White Group for many years and have been tremendous for the Group in WA,” Mr Whiteman said.
“They joined forces at Ray White North Quays in Sorrento last year and now their partnership has gone to another level by taking over the North Beach office.”
“Scott and Daryl lead a highly accomplished team and opening a second office in North Beach is a great addition to their business.”
Daryl Green said a priority for the Ray White North Beach office would be to further strengthen the sales team.
“This is a great area to grow our business and having the two offices within close proximity to each other provides more flexibility for our operations and also for our highly valued clients,” he said.
“We will be striving to deliver even better service for our clients and having two offices will also boost our visual presence in the area.”
Scott Langley said the northern coastal suburbs offered a diverse real estate market with homes ranging in price from around $500,000 in the inland areas to top end property worth over $5 million.
“This is a fantastic region to work in real estate and we hope the combined strength of having an office in Sorrento and North Beach will enable us to dominate the market,” he said.
