That excellence was recognised in celebration with more than 1,200 members (and a flash mob) at the Annual Awards night at Sydney’s International Convention Centre on Thursday.

Ray White Upper North Shore and Northern Beaches was awarded the No.1 Business - Settled Commission for the fourth consecutive year, capping off its best year of growth to date, as it took the helm of four new offices on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Charles Caravousanos, director and general manager of Ray White Upper North Shore and Northern Beaches, said to win awards with consistency was a “whole new level”.

“When you win it for the first time, you feel ecstatic, but this was something special,” Mr Caravousanos said.

“We have staff that believe in our business, particularly new members, and with the loyalty of current staff, this creates success.

“We had the whole team unite behind this award.”

Mr Caravousanos said receiving the top award for this category was “extra exciting”.

“We lead by culture - we are less about the sales and more about the culture within our team.”

Ray White Double Bay was recognised for its significant achievements on the night, taking home the No.1 Office - Settled Commission award in New South Wales | ACT, and its robust operations team was recognised with the award for Administration Team of the Year.

Double Bay principal and managing director Elliott Placks said being recognised as the number one office in Australia was “a remarkable achievement”.

“Everyone in our team supports each other - it’s where a lot of our collaboration happens,” Mr Placks said.

“We are working hard on our culture and making sure our whole team is working towards the same goal.

“We said at the beginning of the year that we wanted to be the number one office - that was our goal.”

He said the culmination of consistently having happy vendors, hitting core numbers and coming into the office and staying focussed were part of his team’s success.

“We have always had a mantra around hunting for that number one spot - now we have the goal to be number one international office.”

Ray White New South Wales | ACT CEO Tim Snell said the achievements of the network would not be possible without the collective support the members received not only from their colleagues, but from family and friends as well.

“We know that none of these journeys happen alone,” Mr Snell said.

“They are backed by our partners, children, mentors and friends - all of which give us the support and courage to be our best.

“Whilst they may not be recognised on stage tonight, we all recognise the significant roles they play in our successes and trials.

“We’re a company built on a rich history, and we can draw inspiration from our past to be our guiding light for our future.”

The No.1 Business - Number of Sales went to Macarthur and Nepean Group.

Ray White Macarthur Group & Ray White Nepean Group director Mark Jennings said he was extremely proud of his team for the hard work and dedication they display every single day.

The powerhouse business in south-western Sydney also recently won the International Multi-Partner Group - Number of Sales at the awards on the Gold Coast.

"We are extremely honoured to help so many customers on their real estate journey. We know that if we keep the customer at the heart of every transaction, good things come and we will continue to grow,” Mr Jennings said.

“We are so excited to see the evolution of our emerging leaders within our business too. Tim Doyle and I are super proud of the whole team - we have just over 200 team members in our group now and we are still growing.

“This business is a beacon of consistency, process and top quality people. Winning these awards is a testament to their dedication and the way they show up every day. I also want to thank all our clients who make all of this possible.”
