High-performing and well known Sydney real estate agent Charles Touma has just opened his new Ray White office in the diverse inner-city Sydney neighbourhood of Redfern.
Mr Touma, who has maintained one of the strongest market shares in the area over his 17-year career, has decided to take the leap into business ownership under the strength of Australasia’s largest real estate brand.
“There is something to be said of the strength and weight that the Ray White name carries in this industry,” Mr Touma said.
“There are some fantastic operators in this company, and I am looking forward to bringing the same level of service to the Redfern area.”
Mr Touma has a wealth of experience in the local area, having previously worked with another franchise business and a leading boutique agency since 2001, before making the move to Ray White.
He has strong family ties to the area and he grew up there after his dad’s family migrated to Redfern from overseas.
While his family are in the building and development industry, he decided to start his career in real estate straight after graduating high school and has never looked back.
“There is a rich history in Redfern with a diverse community. I’ve seen the housing landscape change and develop drastically since I started selling property here, but it still always holds its unique charm,” Mr Touma said.
“The inner city fringe has become very sought after in recent years.”
The suburb just 3km south of Sydney’s CBD is known for its wide-ranging mix of residents and dwellings in all price points from entry level terrace homes and warehouse apartments to multi-million dollar homes.
Mr Touma will be supported by his team, Max Klimenko and Emma Timbs and have ambitions of expanding and growing their sales and property management teams.
Over the next 12 months, the main focus for the team will be on maintaining their top sales status by serving their community with the best customer service possible.
Mr Touma plans to implement all the best cutting edge Ray White technology systems into their business.
“We see huge potential in bringing the Ray White brand to Redfern and its surrounds, and we can’t wait to build on our reputation as experts in the local area,” Mr Touma said.
