Well-known real estate expert Helen Jens has passed the reins of Ray White Kyneton to leading Macedon Ranges agents Nathanial Briggs and Tamara Mactier.
Ms Jens will continue at Ray White Kyneton in a sales role after passing the baton to Mr Briggs and Ms Mactier. Already highly recognised within the market-leading Ray White Kyneton office, Mr Briggs’ and Ms Mactier’s step up was a natural progression for the business.
“Kyneton is a beautiful part of Victoria, we’ve got a great arts and food culture, amazing wineries and are in the heart of the stunning Macedon Ranges,” Mr Briggs said, who last year took out the number five spot in Ray White Victoria’s Top Regional Agent ranking.
“Over the past two years, a lot of people have realised this and the area has experienced significant growth. We can offer an idyllic regional lifestyle only an hour away from Melbourne.
“The growth in the Macedon Ranges has been extraordinary and we’re hoping to also continue growing our business so we can best service the region.”
In such a tight-knit community, Ms Mactier said it’s important for any real estate agent to offer honest service and always go above and beyond for their client.
“Our business model provides transparency to purchasers and vendors alike, we approach real estate differently, we are advisors rather than salespeople. We work diligently and thoroughly to achieve the best outcomes for our customers,” she said.
“We’re very community focused. Being long standing locals, we not only work within the community but are involved in it as parents, friends, family members and customers. We’re such big believers in this region.”
Ms Jens brought her established business to Ray White three years ago and Mr Briggs said they are focused on continuing the success they’ve seen in this period.
“We’re still the same great team, it’s just Tam and I stepping up into a greater role while Helen will be focusing on what she loves, which is helping her clients,” he said.
“And we will continue to be backed by the largest real estate group in Australasia, while maintaining that small town service that is embedded in Ray White’s roots as a fourth generation family business that began in a regional town just like Kyneton.
“With Ray White we have the ability to cover a broader range. The backing behind us has been amazing and we are able to pass those benefits on to our clients.”
Ms Jens said she is thrilled to be welcoming the next generation of leaders to the business.
“We’re still the same team and what you’ll get is still the same exceptional service, we’ve just got a new look,” Ms Jens said.
“I’m really excited about the future of the business and the energy that Nathanial and Tam will bring to Ray White Kyneton.
“It’s the right fit and I couldn’t be happier.”
Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Stephen Dullens congratulated the pair on stepping up.
“We are so excited to have Nathanial and Tamara join Helen as business owners of Ray White Kyneton,” Mr Dullens said.
“Helen is a well-respected figure in her community and the real estate industry. Together with the energy and ambition that Nathanial and Tamara bring to the business, I have no doubt it will go from strength-to-strength and continue providing exceptional service to their customers.
“They’ve already achieved so much as the market-leading business in the area, yet it feels like they’re just getting started. Congratulations to all.”
