With collective real estate experience spanning over 80 years, the team at the new Ray White Jannali office open their doors to the local community.

Led by long-time Sutherland Shire local, Rodney Spink, Ray White Jannali is launching a brand new office as the market continues to move.

“The property market in the Jannali area is really going from strength to strength. The current median house price is $759,000 - an increase of $50,000 in the past 12 months alone.

“I believe this is a reflection of Jannali’s community spirit. More people want to live in the area, hence, property here is becoming more popular with buyers.

“Being a small community, and as more people look to purchase in Jannali, competition to secure a property heightens, pushing the prices northwards,” Mr Spink said.

Mr Spink has not only worked in Jannali for 15 years, he lives locally.
