Ray White Indonesia has been ranked number one in the Top Brand awards for the Property Agent category. Ray White Indonesia achieved 39.70% index and stands strong on top of its competitors, ERA Property (26.3% index) and Century 21 (22.8% index).
Top Brand Award itself is an appreciation of the brands in certain product categories that meet top criteria. The top criteria is based on a survey conducted by Frontier Consulting Group, which calculates the Top Brand Index (TBI) according to certain variables. During the past 14 years, the TBI has become the most trusted and revered brand index among Indonesia’s business society. This is conveyed in the incorporation of the Top Brand logo by winning brands, so as to communicate the superiority of their brands to consumers. The TBI is designed by utilising consumers’ perception of brand dimensions. Namely, the three dimensions are:
