Sam Kelso, Sydney-based auctioneer alongside Emily Sim, property management expert have opened Ray White Balmain.

Sam and Emily have opened at a time where Balmain is changing with the likes of the Callan Park redevelopment.

Emily Sim says that their approach to helping locals sell property will be unique.

“As a local Balmain resident, I am extremely passionate about bringing a unique and much needed style of service to residents and local business owners in the area,” said principal Emily Sim.

“Our office is based in the heart of the peninsula and services Balmain, Rozelle, Birchgrove, Lilyfield and Balmain East.

“Like most real estate agents, if I'm not in the office you can find me at one of the many cafes along Darling Street,” said Sam Kelso.

“They are extraordinarily effective and successful people and both played roles in the development of the Ray White Group.

Ray White Balmain is located across the road from Gladstone Park and the iconic London Hotel at 215 Darling Street Balmain.
