Local agents at Ray White Narraweena have expanded their office to open in the competitive Narrabeen market.
Michael Ferguson and Helen Matthews, have opened the doors to Ray White Narrabeen.
“Ray White have opened up an opportunity for us to expand our business. We decided the time was right as we continue to see buoyancy in the market,” Michael said.
“In the past 12 months there were 235 sales in Narrabeen - that’s a lot of movement for a small beach town.”
Michael and Helen have a strong understanding of real estate in Narrabeen and its surrounding suburbs.
“I’ve spent most of my career selling in Narrabeen, so this feels a bit like coming home,” Helen said.
“The market is basically a 50/50 split between owner-occupiers and renters. The beauty of the Narrabeen market is that it suits families, first home buyers and investors.
“You get the top-end beach and lakefront properties as well as the entry level homes a few streets back - it really is a market for everyone,” Helen explains.
For Helen and Michael, the move to expand was only a matter of time.
“Opening an office in Narrabeen simply enables our clients in the area to engage our services with greater ease,” Michael said.
For the Ray White Group, the expansion into Narrabeen was a natural step for the business.
“After growing a successful business in Narraweena, the opportunity arose for Michael to expand into a new marketplace and we have every confidence that his business will continue to grow and thrive,” says Stephen Nell,CEO, Ray White NSW.
For Michael and Helen, their business aspiration is clear: to be the best.
“We aim to share our expertise and real estate knowledge with the community, and offer the best possible service as we continue to help our clients reach their real estate goals,” Helen concludes.
