LOCAL real estate expert Peter Bellingham (pictured above second from the right with his Ray White Sandy Point team) is on track to grow his Foster and Sandy Point businesses by partnering with Ray White.
Mr Bellingham has also been backed by powerhouse real estate trio Mick Hanily, Kasey Bowman and Jason Harris (pictured below). Together, the team has brought five decades of real estate experience under the Ray White banner and are eager to use the national capabilities of Australia's leading agency to continue growing the two businesses.
Director Peter Bellingham said they are known for selling properties from the coast right through to broad acreage farms, as well as specialising in coastal lifestyle properties and holiday rentals.
“The coastal lifestyle market is very strong, people in metro Melbourne now know that they don't need to live in Melbourne to work in Melbourne and are relocating to coastal areas,” Mr Bellingham said.
“Currently, the large majority of purchasers are relocating from Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. We also have local people moving out to lifestyle areas and retirees.”
The team are passionate about their local communities of Foster and Sandy Point and Mr Bellingham said it’s not just about the transaction for them.
“We are part of the community, we are all south gippslanders, local to the area - born and bred Foster locals. We employ local staff, cleaners and trades, our money stays within the community,” he said.
“We have a strong focus on customer service, it's not just about making a sale it's about setting up someone's future. People trust us to look after their best interests and they know we have better systems in place to maximise returns throughout the high and low seasons.”
Sandy Point is only about two hours from Melbourne and is well-known as a seaside holiday destination. The Ray White Sandy Point office specialises in holiday rentals and with the addition of seachangers from Melbourne flocking to the town, Peter is hoping to build the business to better serve the newcomers and locals of the area.
Meanwhile, through Ray White Foster, they have a clear goal to grow and expand the property management team and rent roll.
“Being backed by the biggest real estate agency in Australia will help us deliver on a better customer experience for our clients,” they said.
