After almost 20 years of ownership, former director Chris Wilkins has passed the reins of the Ray White Drummoyne office to Mario and Jessica Carbone.

Mr Carbone, who started in the real estate industry at just 18 years of age, is excited to be joining Australia’s largest real estate brand. Mrs Carbone has been a part of the Ray White Drummoyne team for the past eight years as a sales consultant.

Having both worked in the inner west of Sydney for the majority of their careers, the husband and wife duo say it was a natural progression to step into business ownership, and Mr Wilkins is thrilled to be able to pass the leadership of the Drummoyne office onto them.

“The Ray White brand gives us strength and has a fantastic reputation,” Mr Carbone said.

“We are a family business so the strong history and continuous involvement from the White family is so important.”

“The systems and smart use of technology will also ensure that our properties will have the highest level of exposure, resulting in the best possible outcomes for our clients.”

Ray White New South Wales CEO, Jason Andrew welcomed Mr Carbone to the Ray White Group and said he was delighted that the pair had decided to take this next step into business ownership.

“Ray White is a proud fourth generation family-owned business so it’s always wonderful to have another family business join us,” Mr Andrew said.

“We look forward to supporting Mario and Jessica as they continue their journey of growth.”

For the Ray White Drummoyne team, their ambition is simple; to deliver even more value to their clients.

“We pride ourselves on integrity and our ability to deliver a high level of customer service,” Mr Carbone said.

“It’s so important that people feel comfortable when listing or renting their home with us. There’s no smoke and mirrors, we aim to deliver an honest and transparent transaction.”

For Mr Wilkins, nothing about his service will change. He remains fully committed and passionate about the Ray White brand, the local Drummoyne community and ensuring he receives the best price for his clients each and every time.

“With Chris remaining in the business, we have the added benefit of his experience and expertise helping us take the business to the next level. He is excited to be able to continue to help all his clients like he has for the past nineteen years,” Mr Carbone said.
