Ray White NSW has welcomed two new senior auctioneers to their auction team, Elliott Shoebridge and Perry Edmondson-Clark.
Auctions have remained the cornerstone of Ray White’s success for over 120 years. The ability to create competition has supported the group’s growth to industry leaders in the auction space.
Ray White NSW | ACT currently conducts one in five auctions. But despite the network’s dominance there is still plenty of room for growth, with the New South Wales auction powerhouse focused on their goal of soon conducting one in four auctions across the state.
Mr Shoebridge and Mr Edmondson-Clark have joined Australasia’s largest real estate group with an abundance of energy and a strong commitment to auctioneering.
Mr Shoebridge’s key focus will be on network development, however, will also work closely with the auction department. He has an enormous passion for the auction process and auctioneering after more than ten years in the industry.
Meanwhile, Mr Edmondson-Clark has taken up the role of state auctioneer after operating an independent auction business in Brisbane for a number of years. Taking on the role has been a dream come true for him after beginning in the auction business at age 14.
Mr Shoebridge and Mr Edmondson-Clark have joined Ray White NSW chief auctioneer Alex Pattaro, where they will work closely in the performance development space, assisting in rolling out key fundamental training programs, zone strategy and training sessions, leadership forums and office partnership plans.
“As the market continues to move away from the auction process we must continue to push towards it,” Mr Pattaro said.
“Our ability to control days on market is one of the key elements to unlock our potential.
“In a time of challenge, agents will typically head down the pathway of least resistance. We must be reminded that we are the Competition Creators and have a proven method that helps sellers obtain a result within the shortest amount of time.
“We must continue to remain courageous with our approach towards auction and use the method of sale as our key point of difference at the listing presentation.”
Ray White NSW | ACT CEO Tim Snell welcomed Mr Shoebridge and Mr Edmondson-Clark to the auction team.
“To be able to attract two senior auctioneers of their respective talents is a credit to the existing auction culture Ray White cultivates,” Mr Snell said.
“We have always invested into data to help our businesses make better business decisions. The auction process has proven to reduce days on market and create more profitable businesses.
“We will continue to grow our support in the auction department as we strive to achieve a best in market auction experience, supporting our businesses, agents and ultimately their clients to achieve more.”
