Garry Kelly has expanded and re-branded deVille estate agency Concord with the existing Ray White Concord. His goal is to grow the existing office to be bigger and better than ever.

Garry said that for him the merge and re-brand is a return to the Ray White family, after he worked within the group from 2005 to 2010.

“I always wanted to come back to Ray White,” he said. “I think it’s the strongest brand out there.”

The merge will see the office located strategically between Breakfast Point, Mortlake, Cabarita and Concord, at 54 Mortlake Street Concord and will bring two teams together, according to Matt Roffe, who is Garrys’ right hand man.

“After many years of focusing on boutique customer service, deVille has taken up the opportunity to merge with Ray White Concord giving us a foothold in this rapidly expanding, high demand inner west location,” said Matt.

“We bring into our already high achieving team not only the sales experts and property managers in the existing Ray White office but also the amazing insight and industry knowledge of former principal, Joel Hollis,” he said.

“The merge broadens the scope of properties listed and managed by our team which presents exciting opportunities for our clients. At the same time we are retaining a clear focus on quality boutique customer service.”

According to Garry, the team is looking to grow even further in the Concord area. Garry thinks that taking the Ray White name will facilitate this with ongoing support and backing which was another reason for his return.

The team have a view to see Ray White Concord establish itself as the brand which provides personal quality service and support in Concord.

“I want us to become an integral part of the Inner West community,” said Garry.
