The coveted awards saw Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont in the blue chip western suburbs once again take home the prize for top sales office based on the highest settled commission, and principal Vivien Yap (pictured above) was again named as the top principal for 2019-20 - the third year in a row since joining the group.
She was also named as the number two top principal across all of Ray White internationally.
“It’s always good to be recognised when you put in the hard work and what we have here at the Dalkeith | Claremont office is a culture that you just can’t replicate anywhere else," Ms Yap said.
"Within our office we're very close and I’m just so glad to have a job that I actually enjoy so much. All of us actually truly enjoy each other’s company and that just makes work so much more fun.
“I'm very proud of my team. We have an extremely cohesive team and we communicate extremely well all the time. I couldn’t be where I am today without them. They are part of my family.”
Thomas Jefferson Wedge of Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont was named the Western Australian network’s Rising Star for 2019-20 following an impressive first year with the group under the guidance and leadership of Ms Yap and office General Manager Lee Fitzgerald.
The Dalkeith | Claremont office was also recognised as the number one office in the Ray White WA network for business growth, calculated on percentage increase of commission growth.
Mr Whiteman said that Mr Wedge’s recognition as Rising Star was fitting proof of the way Ms Yap and Ms Fitzgerald have been developing their people.
"What many people probably don't realise is the amount of work that Vivien and her general manager Lee have been putting in to developing people and helping them build first class sales careers," Mr Whiteman said
"We look forward to more great people being developed and nurtured within the Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont environment.” |
